We have just been to book our holiday at TUI Newton Abbot. Lisa welcomed us in, she was very warm and friendly. She helped us to get the best deal. Very helpful and knew what she was doing.

Lucy at Newton Abbot, was absolutely brilliant. My partner went in the day before completely lost, and she was able to suggest multiple places and holidays for what we wanted. After discussing her suggestions that evening, we were able to attend the store the next and book the holiday with Lucy. Neither of us had much experience booking holidays before and she made it such an easy and pleasant experience and took the time to explain every little thing and detail to us so we knew what to expect. She took the time to understand what was important to us and fully created a holiday and who we are and what we wanted. Lucy was able to use her personal travel experiences to help us make informed decisions, especially around flying. I can’t thank Lucy enough for all her time and help that she put into finding and booking our perfect holiday. We will definitely be booking with Tui again in the future.

We went to the Newton Abbot branch to book our holiday but we did have a few concerns. Once we got talking to Lisa she knew exactly how to help us and we felt confident in her professionalism! We left the TUI store feeling lighter than air! We can’t thank Lisa enough, she went above and beyond!! 5 stars are not enough, we would give 10!!!

My partner and I always book through Tui, Newton Abbot. The staff are all amazing! We have been helped by Molly, Caitlin, and this week, Charlotte helped us book a special birthday city break. Charlotte helped us find the right hotel and sorted everything. They make the whole experience so exciting and easy. Excellent service.

We had been struggling to book a break through the Tui website, so we called Tui and got through to Holly at the Newton Abbot store. I cannot speak more highly about the service. Holly walked us through the booking process, was not pushy, had answers to all questions and completed the whole booking for us. Nothing or no question was too much and her friendly demeanour made the whole process simple. Will definitely book again through this store. Thanks Holly.

Joanne was so friendly, informative and patient. There were 5 adults and 3 separate bookings to Mexico but she took her time with each booking, ensuring we had the correct discount and giving us lots of helpful tips prior to our holiday.
